# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like summer in a glass without a drop of alcohol, so everyone at your table can actually enjoy it together.
  • The prep takes barely fifteen minutes, leaving you time to relax instead of spending hours in the kitchen before guests arrive.
  • Each sip tastes different depending on which fruit you grab—there's always a little surprise waiting at the bottom of the pitcher.
02 -
  • If you add the sparkling water too early, it'll go flat before anyone even tastes it, so resist the urge to prepare everything hours ahead.
  • Using frozen fruit instead of ice cubes is a game-changer—it keeps everything cold without watering things down as the ice melts.
03 -
  • Slice your citrus paper-thin by using a mandoline or your sharpest knife held at a shallow angle—thinner slices release more flavor and look more elegant.
  • The secret that changes everything is adding the sparkling water at the absolute last moment, and not stirring it too vigorously; that gentle fizz matters more than you'd think.
