# Top Tips:

01 -
  • The Greek yogurt ranch tastes just as indulgent as the restaurant version but leaves you feeling light and energized
  • Everything can be prepped ahead, making it my go-to for busy weeknight dinners or last-minute guests
02 -
  • The dressing tastes even better after an hour in the refrigerator, so make it first and let the flavors meld while you chop the vegetables
  • Wait to dress the salad until right before serving, otherwise the lettuce will wilt and lose that satisfying crunch
03 -
  • Use a salad spinner to thoroughly dry the lettuce after washing, because water on the leaves prevents the dressing from clinging properly
  • Let the finished salad sit for five minutes after tossing so the dressing can slightly soften the sharp cheddar and infuse all the flavors together
